BIO: Josette Wys-Katz

Josette arrived in Miami after 19 years in the “Big Apple” as a Vice President of Business Development in the Computer and Pharmaceutical Industries.

She left Corporate America with her MBA from Boston University (and an Industrial Engineering degree from Syracuse University) and moved down to Miami Beach to find herself helping her friends from around the world purchase and sell real estate at the start of the worst market in Miami's history.

Born in San Juan Puerto Rico, then living in New York City, Josette has traveled the world and created many meaningful friendships. Along the way, she met many important people who she owes her success to. No doubt, Josette is truly global.   When her friends in Brasil, Venezuela, Argentina, France, Italy and NYC want to buy real estate, there's only one name on their minds.... JOSETTE!

Josette has this amazing ability to find great value for her Buyers.  She is a Certified Foreclosure Specialist and Short Sale Specialist; and is also one of the few Luxury Real Estate Marketing Specialists in Miami. It is these skills that allow here to quickly sell those million dollar mansions!
