BIO: Andy Katz

Born and raised in New York City, with degrees from Syracuse University and New York University, Andy Katz began his career in the Outsourcing industry helping to grow a small pioneering company into a $60M global leader.  After they were acquired, he went on to consulting a few start-ups in the entertainment and internet space with a concentration on traditional + digital marketing and branding. 

Today, he's focussed on creating solutions so that buying and selling real estate is fun and easy.  A true visionary, Andy was one of the first Realtors in Miami to embrace the power of video and social networking.  It's not unusual to find him "virtually" networking with friends from around the world who are interested in buying real estate in Miami.

As a Realtor, he's one of the few who thinks like an Investor and negotiates many of his purchases with a savings. His attitide is, if he can save his Clients a few thousand dollars, maybe they will introduce him to more people who want to buy real estate."  Currently, his philosophy is working!
