Sweeping views, hotel amenities, and an “eco-glam” design
One of the “eco-glam” penthouses designed by star Brazilian designer Debora Aguiar at 1 Hotel & Homes South Beach just sold for $5.6 million. Penthouse 1617 spans 2,781 interior square feet with a 255 square foot terrace, and includes three bedroom, a den, and three and a half bathrooms.
Luis Gonell of ENGEL & VÖLKERS Miami represented the buyer. Tracy Galya of Douglas Elliman acted as the developer/seller’s agent.
Beyond the penthouse’s sweeping views and soothing neutral palette, the building boasts amenities that are eco-friendly, including green housekeeping options and personal shopping and delivery services including organic grocery and dry cleaning.
