Miami continues to be a coveted destination for the rich and famous. And its luxurious and lush neighborhoods are perfect places to put down roots.
This year, in which we’re seeing price increases due to the real estate boom and the influx of investors, several big stars have bought or sold property in Miami.
Here is a look at the dazzling mansions and the astronomical sale prices:
DJ Khaled – $ 25.9 million
The colorful property has an elevator, an 80-foot pool, a four-bedroom guest house and a private dock.
Marc Anthony – $ 19 million
The Puerto Rican star purchased a 12-bedroom, 21,000-square-foot Mediterranean-style mansion in Cocoplum, one of the wealthiest neighborhoods in the city.
The newly built house, which offers lots of natural light, occupies 1.3 acres of land and boasts 400-foot ocean view.
Shakira – $ 11.6 million
The Colombian singer, who conditioned and decorated her spectacular two-story mansion in Miami Beach, chose to sell the luxurious20,726 square feet, six bedrooms, seven and a half baths and ocean view property.
The mansion has a minimalist interior design, a gym and a hookah smoking room in which the singer preserved her Lebanese traditions.
Luis Fonsi – $ 5 million
The success of Despacito allowed the Puerto Rican singer to buy this Mediterranean villa-style house located in Cocoplum, a magnet for celebrities.
The seven-bedroom, six-bath abode, with cathedral ceilings and marble floors, enjoys a wide view of downtown Miami and a yacht pier, as well as verdant tropical gardens that invite inspiration.
Nicky Jam – $ 3.4 million
When the reggaeton singer Nicky Jam is not winning awards or dating beauties in search of wedding rings, you can find him marveling at his new mansion in the private Palm Island community of Miami Beach.
The Puerto Rican singer can entertain his guests in this mansion with large windows and elegant lines, either in his infinity pool or in the kitchen with bamboo flooring.
Zion – $ 1.9 million
The singer from the well-known reggaeton duo Zion & Lennox acquired a sumptuous property in Pinecrest, south of Miami, designed by the award-winning architect Roney Mateu with an open plan that is integrated with the outdoor spaces.
Zion, whose real name is Felix Ortiz, bought the house with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a living room, a formal dining room and a nice pool, as well as a high design Italian kitchen Mia Cucina.
