One River Point in Brickell along The Miami River is expected to go vertical in early 2019
Uruguayan architect Rafael Viñoly’s luxury project One River Point is on its way to becoming a reality, according to The Next Miami, which scoped out construction activity at the project’s site along the Miami River. The 60-story project, which includes two towers connected by a “floating sky bridge,” is now expected to go vertical in 2019.
