Designed by architect Kobi Karp and Artefacto
Architect Kobi Karp and Brazilian design house Artefacto teamed up on a newly constructed turn-key spec home on La Gorce Island that just hit the market last week for $38 million.
The waterfront estate at 34 La Gorce Circle is massive, spanning 11,000 square feet of high-end amenities and finishes, with seven bedrooms, eight full baths, and two half baths. The views in the house are stunning, of course, but Karp created a rooftop terrace with multiple lounge areas so you can really take in the turquoise water and Miami cityscape. There’s also glass terraces overlooking that zero-edge infinity pool.
Inside, find furniture from Paulo Bacchi’s Artefacto, along with the home’s Panish limestone and European white oak floors. Take a look inside with these photos and a video tour.
