That glassy Muse Residences on Collins Avenue in Sunny Isles Beach has completed construction, and delivery of units to buyers is now underway.
Muse features an unusual curvature in its design, with a concept created by architect Carlos Ott. The architect of record is Sieger Suarez.
The 47-story tower stands 649 feet tall, the maximum height above sea level permitted in Sunny Isles. It is approximately the same height in feet as some of downtown Miami’s tallest building, including the 57-story SLS Lux in Brickell (which is 654 feet above sea level).
Just 68 ultra-luxury units were built. 2 on each floor. Most of the west facing units are sold with a handful of direct ocean view units just released.
Here are some of the units that recently closed (when we went to print with this post). They include:
- Unit 2701 (bought for $5.1 million)
- Unit 1101 (bought for $4.75 million)
- Unit 2401 (bought for $5.87 million)
Construction began in August 2015, with completion in less than 3 years.
