Built in 2015, the sleek waterfront estate is packed with luxury amenities
After hitting the market last year with an asking price just shy of $23 million, an ultra-contemporary waterfront estate on Pine Tree Drive in Miami Beach recently found a buyer for $19.25 million. The nearly 12,000-square-foot property spans three buildings offering a combined eight bedrooms and nine bathrooms. It is set on a 100-foot water frontage overlooking Indian Creek.
Designed by Domo Architecture + Design in 2015, the home also features a media room, 1000-bottle wine vault, home gym, elevator, dedicated guest suite, four-car garage, koi pond, and a large pool with a “floating” infinity-edge planter. Disappearing glass pocket doors seamlessly connect the indoor and outdoor spaces.
The Jills Coldwell Banker Residential Real Estate represented the seller in the $19.25 million transaction. The Jill Hertzberg and Jill Eber-led group recently listed an even larger contemporary estate at nearby 4567 Pine Tree Drive with an asking price of $25.75 million.
