Top Notch Takeout While Miami’s Dining Rooms Are ClosedMarch 31, 2020
In the effort to curb the spread of coronavirus while supporting local business, these restaurants are expanding takeout, delivery, and grab-and-go options
With dine-in restrictions taking place today throughout South Florida as of today, March 18, many restaurants around town are shifting to takeout and delivery dining, and we’ve rounded up the top options.
Pro tip: if possible go to the restaurant and actually pick up the meal curbside (practice social distancing as much as possible!) vs using a third party app, which can charge upwards of a 30 percent commission per order on a restaurant that is already hurting financially.
And don’t forget to tip big. And often.
If you own or represent a Miami restaurant, please get in touch via email (email@example.com) to share updates on your plans; this list will be frequently updated.
*Note: many other restaurants have already offered takeout and delivery, so see your UberEats or Postmates app to see all — this list is mapping those who have added the service in light or recent developments.
